MicroEngine xPortal3500 software is an access control and security management system designed to provide comprehensive and flexible control over access to buildings and facilities. The software offers a range of features and functionalities, including the ability to manage and monitor multiple doors and lifts, control and customize access levels for individual users, and generate detailed activity and attendance reports. The xPortal3500 software supports multiple types of access tokens, including MIFARE card, ID, DESFire DFM and fingerprint biometrics. It also includes a user-friendly interface that allows for easy setup, management, and monitoring of the system.
xPortal3500 Features :
Support Up to 128 Doors
- The system can monitor up to 128 doors in real-time and has a user-friendly graphical interface. It displays floor plans with dynamic icons that show the status of monitored devices, and users can click on the icons to execute commands easily.
DESFire DFM
- DESFire on M series controller (DFM) solution is designed to enhance security and prevent hacking and cloning issues. MicroEngine uses DESFire EV2 cards for encoding and employs AES 128-bit encryption to provide advanced security for confidential data.
Lift Access
- The system enables control of lift access for as many as 128 floors per lift. It also supports multiple lobby implementations, which is particularly useful for managing large-scale projects.
Built-in time Attendance
- The shift configuration is designed for small offices and includes a Shift Setup Wizard. Users can rebuild time attendance based on a schedule and export the data to a configurable destination. It also offers a variety of time attendance reports and the ability to export raw transaction data to third-party HR systems for a complete solution.
Support Multi-Language
- With multi-language support, users can easily navigate the software in their preferred language, improving their overall experience and productivity.
Reliable Database
- Utilises Firebird as the Database Management System (DBMS) due to its robustness, scalability and cost- effectiveness.
Client-Server Architecture
- The client-server architecture of the software allows for efficient operations and secure sharing of data among up to 3 workstations.
